I’ve had a diverse career serving in rewarding leadership roles in the arts and have studied organizational development throughout my life. With that experience and training, and with my life as a maker, I have developed a unique workshop for teams and leaders called “The Art of Leadership” which guides participants through a fun-filled, and thoughtful, art experience yielding visual and metaphorical examples of core collaborative principles.

I come to you, bring all the supplies, and in as little as 2 hours, your group will discover patterns and preferences that will help punctuate, and sometimes shift, their approach within the workplace.
